Compassionate support for adults seeking meaningful change.

Trauma-informed, strength-based, evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions.

A little bit about me

I became a therapist because I've always believed that people aren't broken — they're often just carrying more than anyone should carry alone.

For over 20 years, I've had the honor of sitting with adults through some of life's most tender and turbulent moments. Anxiety that won't quiet down. Grief that catches you off guard. Transitions that leave you wondering who you are on the other side of them. Depression that makes even small things feel impossible.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and always tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based methods — including strength-based, trauma-informed, and cognitive approaches — but I'll never treat you like a diagnosis or a checklist. You're a whole person, and that's how I'll show up for you.

Specialties

Anxiety

Your mind is always three steps ahead, and rarely somewhere peaceful.

You don't have to white-knuckle your way through every day. There's a calmer relationship with your own thoughts waiting on the other side of this work.

Depression Support

The weight of it is real — and you deserve more than just pushing through.

We'll work together to understand what's underneath it, and slowly find your way back to the things — and the person — that matter to you.

Trauma & PTSD

Something happened, and part of you is still living there.

Healing from trauma isn't about forgetting. It's about learning to carry it differently — so it stops running the show.

Life Transitions

Change — even good change — can leave you feeling unsteady.

That in-between place is disorienting, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Give yourself somewhere steady to stand while everything else is shifting.

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Always trauma-informed, always tailored to you.

Whatever brought you here, your story and your pace matter. We can figure out the rest together.
